Our Process:
1. Reach Out
Start by contacting me through the website, phone, or email. I’ll respond within 24 hours to help you take the next step.
2. Complete a Brief Questionnaire
Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire so I can understand your situation, concerns, and goals ahead of time. This allows us to make the most of our time together.
3. Free 30-Minute Consultation
We’ll connect for a free consultation to talk through your needs, answer questions, and see if we’re a good fit. This is a chance for you to share what’s going on and learn how I can support you.
4. Review & Sign Agreements
If you decide to move forward, I’ll send over a simple agreement outlining services, expectations, and next steps. Everything is designed to be clear and transparent.
5. Begin Working Together
From there, we’ll get started based on your needs—whether that’s coordinating care, preparing for appointments, navigating resources, or providing ongoing support. Services are always tailored to your situation.
